La societat on reposar i descansar est\u00e0 mal vist perqu\u00e8 el que est\u00e0 a l&#8217;ordre del dia \u00e9s anar corrent a tot arreu i estar superocupats les 24 hores del dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2&#8230; <strong><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa quan mengem? Qu\u00e8 passa quan hem d&#8217;anar a entrenar just en acabar i no tenim ni temps de fer la digesti\u00f3 tranquil\u00b7lament?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan una persona menja, es necessita un temps per a fer la digesti\u00f3. Aquest temps varia entre les persones i sobretot entre homes i dones. Hem d&#8217;entendre que havent dinat els aliments triguen entre sis i vuit hores a passar de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac a l&#8217;intest\u00ed prim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons cada persona, des que s&#8217;ingereix el menjar fins que surt del cos en forma de femta, triga de dos a cinc dies. Si fem un menjar copi\u00f3s, l&#8217;aparell digestiu precisar\u00e0 un gran reg sanguini per a realitzar aquest proc\u00e9s de digesti\u00f3, amb el que es notar\u00e0 una menor aportaci\u00f3 a altres \u00f2rgans. Aix\u00f2 pot explicar el motiu d&#8217;aquest endormiscament despr\u00e9s del menjar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 com b\u00e9 hem comen\u00e7at a dir, vivim en la societat de les presses i no podem esperar-nos. Per tant, volem donar-te algunes <strong>recomanacions per a aquelles persones que nom\u00e9s poden entrenar en aquests moments posteriors als menjars principals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Una opci\u00f3 v\u00e0lida seria entrenar en dej\u00fa.<\/strong> <\/strong>Si som del team del mat\u00ed \u00e9s la millor opci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;aporta molts beneficis i a m\u00e9s quan acabes pots desdejunar i anar-te a complir amb les teves responsabilitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Una altra opci\u00f3 seria la d&#8217;intentar tenir una ingesta d&#8217;aliments\/begudes de r\u00e0pida absorci\u00f3 i d&#8217;\u00edndex gluc\u00e8mic mig alt.<\/strong><\/strong> S\u00f3n aquells aliments f\u00e0cils de prendre, rics en carbohidrats simples que s&#8217;assimilen molt r\u00e0pid en el nostre organisme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, estem parlant de: un pl\u00e0tan, unes torrades amb codony, un petit sandvitx amb crema de cacauet i melmelada, hi ha algunes marques de suplementaci\u00f3 que ofereixen productes bevibles de carbohidrats de r\u00e0pida absorci\u00f3 i en ser l\u00edquids es digereixen m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament que aliments s\u00f2lids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada persona \u00e9s un m\u00f3n i cadascun hauria de provar aquells aliments que li sentin b\u00e9, els que li cauen pesats i els que sent que li aporten suficient energia i sacietat per a anar a entrenar. I despr\u00e9s ja despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver complert amb el nostre exercici, podem anar a fer el nostre menjar principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tot i aix\u00f2, amb el nostre horari ens \u00e9s impossible especrar el temps desitjat, l&#8217;opci\u00f3 que ens queda \u00e9s suavitzar totes dues necessitats; \u00e9s a dir, menjar en quantitat moderada i aliments de senzilla digesti\u00f3 i reduir la intensitat de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 les necessitats de reg dels m\u00fasculs puguin ser ateses amb menor aportaci\u00f3 de sang. D&#8217;aquesta manera, amb moderaci\u00f3, podrem satisfer sense demores aquestes dues necessitats b\u00e0siques del nostre organisme: l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;exercici (de baixa intensitat o amb descansos prolongats).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidentment i ja per a acabar, <strong>la nostra recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que intentis, en mesura del possible, deixar anar tan r\u00e0pidament a tot arreu i tenir els dies tan ocupats de responsabilitats. Millor prendre&#8217;s la vida m\u00e9s amb calma, sense estr\u00e8s i prenent-te estonetes per a tu sigui per a entrenar o tamb\u00e9 descansar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vegades un descans reparador \u00e9s molt millor que un entrenament que et deixa KO.
